When you call us we will assign your account to your own personal accountant . You will be given that accountant's email address and personal cell phone number. They will be your contact and serve you personally. You are always free to call our office at your convenience for additional help.

Ashamedly many of today's businesses have become automated and impersonal. Computers answer your call asking you questions limited to what they are willing to address. First they ask you to speak clearly or enter with the keypad, your personal information. They give you every option except the one you are calling about. If you press "0" you may or may not reach a live person. Ten minutes have passed and you are becoming irritated. How is this customer service?

When you do finally reach a live person you may not be able to understand them! Many companies are outsourcing their support help to foreign countries to take advantage of cheap labor rates. When you finally do get through you may be asked to repeat your personal information you already wasted time giving to their computer. They have written scripted answers in front of them to read to you. Sound familiar? Today's corporate world has come up with many new policies in order to save labor costs. This means customer service takes a back seat to profits and Americans remain unemployed.

When you need help with a problem, you most likely want access to a telephone number of a live person that speaks English and that you can understand. If you are calling to check on your car repair you would most likely be most satisfied if you are able to talk to the mechanic that is doing the work as quickly as possible.
